Description

A semi-blacktop loop trail that leaves Sky Bridge Parking area and extends along a very high narrow ridge to Sky Bridge Arch and scenic overlooks. The trail passes over and beneath Sky Bridge Arch. then along a high cliff shelf back to the parking area. Local flora of Stripped Wintergreen, Mayflower and Wild Alum can be seen along with Mountain Laurel, American holly and varying species of pine and oak trees.

Directions

Turn South off the Mountain Parkway at Slade. KY to Highway 11. Follow Hwy. 11 North 0.1 mile to Hwy. 15. Travel East on Hwy. 15 7.0 miles to Hwy. 715 on the left. Travel North on Hwy. 715 4.7 miles to Sky Bridge Road. Travel North 0.7 mile to Sky Bridge Parking area.
