Description

For a detailed description of this trail check out GORP's Old Ore Road feature.

Directions

The Old Ore Road runs from the park road near Rio Grande Village straight north, roughly paralleling the eastern border of Big Bend National Park.

Highlights

This is the hardest ride in the park, partly because of the distances and tough riding involved and partly because it must be done as an out-and-back.
