For a pleasant stroll that's close to Crystal Lake Campground, try the Half Knob. This easy trail takes you through a wooded knoll with gently rolling slopes.

Directions: From Azusa, CA, Travel San Gabriel Canyon Road 25 miles north to the Crystal Lake Recreation Area.
