The trail is in fair condition and extends 2 miles upstream to the Graves Cabin site then continues another 1 mile to the Kennedy Cabin site. Good campsites along the river. NOTE: The trail is not recommended for horses. ATVs and motorbikes are prohibited.

Follow CA 70 N to Oroville. Take the CA-162/OROVILLE DAM BLVD exit towards RICHVALE. Turn RIGHT onto CA-162 E. Turn RIGHT onto FORBESTOWN RD. Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto LUMPKIN RD. The trailhead is at T21N, R7E, Section 28. Inquire at the ranger district office for access to the exact location of the trailhead.

The Graves Cabin Trail starts at Hansons Bar and parallels the Middle Fork of the Feather River. The trail is not recommended for horses. ATVs and motorbikes are prohibited.
