This trail offers an excellent dayhike opportunity. By using two vehicles, and parking at the lower and upper access, a one direction (2-4 hours)hike is provided. This trail provides views of the south-central portion of the Cabinet Mountains Wilderness to the east and Brush Mountain to the northwest.

From Libby, travel southeast on US Highway 2 for 20.5 miles. Turn left on Tepee Creek Road 6740 and travel 2.3 miles. The first trail access is on the right; follow Tepee Creek road for another 4.3 miles to the second.
