Trail Description

The Chinnabee Silent Trail is a moderately difficult 6 mile hiking trail. It leads from Lake Chinnabee to the Cheaha Wilderness, where it links to the Pinhoti Trail.

Directions: From Cheaha State Park, Travel 4 miles south, the route is paved.

Description

This 6-mile trail goes by waterfalls near the Lake Chinnabee Recreation Area, and near Talladega Scenic Drive.

Directions

Lake Chinnabee:
From Talladega, travel norht on State Route 21 for 7 miles, east on County Route 398 for 4 miles, east on County Route 385 (Cheaha Road) for 8 miles to Forest Route 646. Follow Route 646 for 1 mile to Lake Chinnabee Recreation.
