Trail Description

Basalt Pass Trail provides access to high ridge country north of Basalt Peak. The trail is 1.7 miles in length and begins on Chikamin Creek Road north of Lake Wenatchee. The trail is steep and water is scarce.

Directions: From Lake Wenatchee, Take Chiwawa River Road #6200 north to Chikamin Creek Rd #6210. Continue on 6210 for approximately 5 miles to the trailhead.
