This easy trail leads less than a half mile around Balanced Rock, a large sandstone boulder on a narrow pedestal. It begins in the Balanced Rock parking area and leads southeastward to a fork. This fork is the beginning and end of the loop. Follow either side of the loop to circle the base of Balanced Rock.

Directions: From Main Park Entrance, Drive 9 miles northward along the park road to Balanced Rock parking area.
