This trail takes you through Alder forest. Maple and willows with underbrush along streamside provide fall colors. Small wildlife can be found along the stream as well. Mill Creek Trail is the trailhead.

From Crescent City take 101 South to Mill Creek Campground. Mill Creek Trail is across the road from Mill Creek trailhead at the campground.
